Onze psychologen

Alle psychologen op het platform moeten GZ of NIP gecertificeerd zijn en beschikken over minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring.

Onze coaches

Alle coaches op het platform moeten NOBCO-, NOLOC- of ICF-gecertificeerd zijn. Daarnaast moet elke coach jaarlijks minimaal 100 uur aan coaching besteden en minstens 16 uur per jaar aan bijscholing volgen.

Gedurende het jaar doen we regelmatig checks waarin we controleren of onze experts nog voldoen aan de voorop gestelde eisen.
Medewerkersreviews spelen een belangrijke rol in onze samenwerking met experts.
Bij meerdere negatieve reviews beëindigen we de samenwerking met de expert.
