Strict quality standards and monitoring

Psychologists

All psychologists on the platform must be GZ or NIP certified and have at least 3 years of work experience.

Coaches

All coaches on the platform must be certified by NOBCO, NOLOC, or ICF. Additionally, each coach must spend at least 100 hours per year on coaching and follow at least 16 hours of continuing education annually.

Throughout the year, we conduct regular checks to ensure that our experts continue to meet the established requirements.

Employee reviews play an important role in our collaboration with experts.

With two below-average reviews, we terminate the collaboration with the expert.
